After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation E-mail with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Pre-order items will ship on or before the date listed on the product page.
(If you have additional items listed on a pre-order, we will ship them separately.)
Please write your complete address, including Apt# Street City and State. Customers will cover the loss caused by an incomplete address or incorrect address.
Unreachable upon shipment’s arrival and incorrect consignee's information (such as a delivery address, contact number, or consignee's name) In this case, we are not able to file a refund for you.
