Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

 

To be eligible for a return,

 

Please ensure that your name is on the order and the package so that we may issue your refund or store credit to you without delay.

 

Refunds will not be issued for items we determine cannot be resold. We may make such a determination based on a variety of factors. The item(s) must be in the same condition received (new/unused) to be eligible for a refund. This means NO deodorant marks, stains, animal hair(s), makeup marks, the appearance, smell, and general condition of the item when returned to us. Please do not return if your item doesn't meet these requirements because we cannot resend it. If we receive an item in such condition, we reserve the right to send the item back to you.
